Pavement Roller Street Roller (YZC12)

1. High vibration frequency and dual amplitudes are designed for best compaction results on different material and layers.

2. Independent control of vibration for front and rear drums enables the roller to deliver exceptional compaction results, especially for joint compaction.

3. Power is provided by electronically controlled water cooled, turbocharged original CUMMINS engine that is EU Stage IIIA certified. The engine is engineered to provide good reliability, low fuel consumption, reduced emissions.

4. The engine power is transmitted hydraulically to the transfer case via a closed circuit hydrostatic drive system comprising of imported heavy-duty variable displacement pump and variable displacement motors. This combination provides two infinitely variable travel speeds, allows power to be optimal LED distributed to the front and rear drums to suit different operating conditions and enables the roller to have excellent climbing ability.

5. Speed frequency regulation system guides users to achieve optimum compaction results. During operation, speed and frequency measured by sensors located throughout the machine are transmitted to the PLC controller for calculation. The calculated results are then displayed on the screen to inform the operator of the current compaction performance. Thus the operator can adjust the travel speeds to achieve optimum compaction results.
